In this class, you will learn to make a Sámi-inspired, three-strand braided bracelet using traditional materials of reindeer leather, pewter thread, and a reindeer antler button. The pewter is nickel-free and contains 4% silver. Michaleen will demonstrate each step for participants to complete, with time and help provided in between. We’ll get creative with cold connections to restring, repurpose and recreate old and broken jewelry and make it wearable again.
