Crocus and Prehnite pendant 095

This amazing piece of wearable art is entirely hand cut from sterling silver wire and sheets of silver. The shapes are then hammered and textured using a variety of unique tools. Each piece is then fused to the others to create the design. The sterling back plate is also fused around the edges to create a frame for the crocus flower. A bezel set Lake Superior Prehnite gemstone measuring 1 x 1.8 cm sits at the base of the flower.

The Crocus flower has a meanings of innocence, rebirth, and joy.
