This rare Laguna Agate has nice tight banding in colors from a rose pink to an almost lavender grey color. The stone has an overall soft milky shine, that reminds us of the colored pieces of salt water taffy you get on your vacation at the lake. The sterling back piece is hand textured to perfectly match the bands in the stone.

Laguna Agates are one of more prized banded agates in the world. They are known for their tight banding and vibrant shades of reds and scarlet. The layers may contain shades of deep red, soft pink, milky white, yellow, gold, and brown.They are found only in a remote mountain range in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico.
